Brownie Pops Yum

I decided that I *need* to make those brownie pops that I recently saw on Intimate Weddings and The Kitchn (that's how they spell it). I was about to purchase the Wilton Round Brownie Pop Mold that both sites recommended when I saw the Wilton Bite-Size Brownie Squares Mold Pan, the pop pan has 8 molds and the squares mold has 24- um sold! I can make 3 TIMES more, faster & more efficient - can you tell I work in finance ;-) And as you can see they look just as cute! It's my future father in laws birthday next weekend so perfect time to make them and ship them out to Florida! I hope I get the molds in time!

Kiss The Cook

I've always wanted a Kiss the Cook Apron perhaps mi amor will buy one for me this year :-)
I love finding new recipes to cook & cookbooks, now actually having the time to cook said recipes is another story!
The other day mi amor opened one of the kitchen cabinets and saw all the cookbooks I had, & said "do you need all of these?" of course I replied "YES!!!!"
I could tell by the look on his face that he did not believe me. If I *had* to choose 3 cookbooks to keep of the many that I have, these are the ones that I would choose because they are all encompassing. But I am not going to choose, this is purely hypothetical ;-)

iPhone App: All Recipes

In October 07 , my contract ended with my precious cellphone provider and I was off to the iPhone store and since then my iPhone and I have been best buds. I needAllrecipes.com iPhone app aka the dinner spinner!
The Low Down: gives you the ability to search for recipes, save them as a favorite, read the reviews for the recipe and has the ability to email the recipe. What it doesn't do is it does NOT sync with your allrecipes.com account and doesn't have ALL the recipes & this my friend pisses some people off who have been using allrecipes.com for years. I'm cool with it not syncing, cause when I am using it I'm trying to find something quick and that I don't know about. And now for the recipes I've found thanks to the dinner spinner!
my iphone, seriously. It's like my own personal assistant. It tells me when helps me decide what I should cook, tells me when I have eaten too much, allows me to read blogs on the go etc etc. I'm always on the look out for new apps but I try & only get the free ones. So since sharing is caring, from time to time I will tell you guys about the apps I love, they will almost always be free, I think the most I have paid is $3 for one, literally just that one. So today I present the recipes I found while working out on the elliptical at the gym while trying to find a recipe for a work potluck.

  1. Tex Mex Black Bean Dip

  2. Jalapeno Popper Spread

  3. Dog Food Dip -ya the name kind of put me off too, but it is freaking good & EVERYONE loved it.

80 Cupcake Recipes

The Cupcake blog has every kind of cupcake you could of NEVER imagined like horchata, persimmon pavlova and wasabi white chocolate cupcakes with plum sake filling. They have categories for fresh, fruity, spicy, rich and other. Unfortunately the cupcake blog is closed :-( but how nice of them to put up all their 80 cupcake recipes for their readers. The samosa and s’mores cupcakes are now definitely on my to bake list!
